Dear Erin:

I'm glad you're not having any dealings with Ancestry.com. I've had some
very unpleasant experiences with them. In fact, I had to enlist the aid of
the Better Business Bureau to get them to cancel my subscription and stop
billing me for services I hadn't signed up for.

I recommend all members of the list to proceed with great caution in any
dealings with this company.
