Here's a story for you- It's about the brother of the guy I'm looking for and I just heard it the other day. Turns out my guy -Thomas Bradford(1844-1892) had a brother called "Doc". The story says that "Doc" was apprehended robbing a train and was identified because of his exceptionally small feet. No one else in the area had such small feet.
I think this happened in the Woodville MS area (but not sure) sometime between 1850-1920. Has anyone ever heard anything like this? We don't have any more information but even a real first name for "Doc" would be helpful. .
Thanks for any help you can offer.
