Hi, I'm new to the list. Looking for ancestors of Hugh Bradford, d: 1756,
Providence, PA, buried Augustus Lutheran Church, m: 1753, Catharina Schrack, by
Rev. Henry Melchior Muhlenberg. The minister refers to Hugh Bradford as an
"Englishman." Parents of two children: Samuel, b: 1754, and John, b: 1756.
Assume father of Hugh might be a "Samuel" if the usual naming patterns were
followed. Catharina's father was Johan Jacob Schrack, original settler of Trappe,
PA. The "Bradford" family is mentioned frequently in "The Journals of Henry
Melchior Muhlenberg."
