Found the following while doing other research -- in case anyone can use it:

New York Times; April 11, 1906 and May 1, 1906
Howard Angell Brockway married Katharine Eng Bradford April 17 in Washington.
He was from NY but moved to Baltimore after marriage; he was professor at Peabody Institurte
His brother is Albert L. Brockway, NY. Her sister Rose Mary Bradford, NY
His cousin Dr. R.O. Brockway
Her father Rear Admiral Royal B. Bradford
