Hi Peter,

I'm not sure if the above mention of the surname of John Butler's wife was a
typo or what you have in your database but I thought I'd mention that her
actual surname was "LYNDE" d/o Thomas LYNDE, the Emigrant, and his wife Mary
(surname unknown).

This information from Torrey's New England Marriages prior to 1700, Banks
Colonial Families of Martha's Vineyard, and the Wyman's Genealogies and Estates
of Charlestown, Mass.

I descend through Nicholas and Mary also.

John BUTLER, Sr. and Mary LYNDE
John BUTLER, Jr. and Priscilla NORTON
