I need some help finding the parents and siblings of Elisabeth Bradford b. 1825 in Fairfield Dist. SC, md 1845 in Gwinnett Co., GA, and d. 1916 in Cleburne Co., AL. She md Joseph "Washington" Dodd. All of this is documented in her Civil War Widow's Pension application.

I think she could be a daughter of Charles D. Bradford who d. about 1829-1830 in Gwinnett Co., GA but have no proof.

I would like to work with others researching this line to see if we can't sort out who belongs in which family.

I do know that she and Washington lived in Gwinnett Co in 1850 and ?1860 after which they moved to Randolf Co., AL (later became Cleburne Co.) I think they could have lived near some of her family while in Gwinnett.
