Certainly sounds like the Eastern Shore, Va. Bradford's...from Richard Smith
line whose dau., Alice, m. her Bradford stepbrother. Look in The Adventurers
of Purse and Person, "bible" of the FFV, under Richard Smith. I found an old
poem written by a male LeCato/Cato about living at the old Bradford place. I
need to "refind" it. Very wonderful and melancholy.
