o I recently ordered a Civil War pension file for a William
BRADFORD, who I mistakenly thought was a relative. This BRADFORD
served in Co H, 33rd Ill. Vols., and Co B, 117 Ill. Vols. He was
born 9 August 1841, in Jefferson County, Illinois, married
Louisa --?--, and died at Litchfield, Illinois, 7 August 1917.
He lived in St. Louis, Mirrouri in 1893, when he applied for the
pension, and listed Idia (Ida), William M., Zeld (Fred), Charlia,
Julia, and John among his children. This file is 118 pages long,
and I would like to see one of his descendants have it, for cost
of postage and a minimal return of $20 on my $98 cost. Please
put "Bradford" in e-mail subject.
