In a series of law suits in Fleming Co., KY between 1851 and 1854, several
witnesses named individuals that are buried in the Penland or Hurst Cemetery
that is lost to genealogical researchers because one of the defendants allowed
hogs to graze in the cemetery thus destroying any genealogical evidence that did
exist in that cemetery

Have checked the depositions from the subsequent court case
and no Bradfords buried there
But thought it a good genealogh story worth telling
