I have now sent out for download to about 50 people who asked for my 3150
individuals Gedcom file and about the same number of the name file. It is for
Mac or Windows, compressed or normal. Please specify which you want. As my
roots were in England the records are centered in New England from The
Mayflower to about 1960. Not the Gov!!! Sorry. I have had some requests from
those that do not have a Gedcom program or mistakenly opened it as a text
file. It can be done but it is 1400 pages long. However using the "Find"
command in a word processor will locate names. If interested, ask. It is for
free.
