I am intriqued by the messages about this group of Bradfords who were from
VA, MO and TX. My Bradford family follows the same migration path. I've not
been able to establish the Virginia connection for certain.

Here are some specifics about my Bradford lineage with county names. If yours
are in the same area, I'd appreciate hearing more from you.

1. Henry Hermas Bradford, born 1798 in VA possibly Accomack Co. Uncertain of
his father's name. Married: Emily or Emmaline
Moved to MO about 1825, Is listed in 1840 Howard Co., MO census, and
Chariton Co., MO 1840 census. By 1850 he's listed in Ellis Co., TX.
Children:
1) William Henry Harrison, 2) Harriet Elizabeth, 3)Howard Cabell, 4)
Hervey J.

2. William Henry Harrison Bradford, b.
b. May 1524 VA
d. March 4, Knox Co., TX
m. Elvira A. Smith about 1848 in Missouri.

In 1860, 1870 and 1880 is listed in Wise Co., TX. By 1900 He's living
with dau. Nancy J. And Allen F. Durham in Baylor Co., TX.
