Hi,

I am new to the list, so if I goof, please excuse me.

I am searching for the parents and siblings of my ggrandfather, JAMES
BRADFORD, born around 1850, place unknown(family story is that he came
from TEXAS or MEXICO to TALLADEGA, ALABAMA, no proof), married MARY JANE
BREWER(born around 1856 in COOSA COUNTY, ALABAMA), daughter of JERMIAH
BREWER and MINERVA????

JAMES BRADFORD and MARY JANE BREWER's children are MARY BRADFORD, born
around 1889 in TALLADEGA COUNTY, ALABAMA, married GEORGE KELLY, 2
infant children died in childbirth, ALAN BRADFORD, born around 1895, was
killed in CLAY COUNTY, LINEVILLE, ALABAMA around late 1918 (while
working in a mine a coworker cut his head off), ANNIE(ANNICE)
BRADFORD(my grandmother, I am named after her), born 1898 in TALLADEGA
COUNTY, ALABAMA, died JANUARY 1940 (my daddy was just 4 years old),
married THOMAS ANDREW JACKSON GABLE in 1920 in TALLADEGA COUNTY,
ALABAMA.

The family story is that JAMES BRADFORD had 2 families at the same time.
One in TALLADEGA, ALABAMA(my grandmother, MARY JANE BREWER BRADFORD and
her children) and one either in TEXAS or MEXICO. Again no proof, just
what has been told by my family.

The CHILDREN of JAMES BRADFORD and MARY JANE BREWER were all born in
TALLADEGA COUNTY, ALABAMA and most of them still reside there.

Have extensive information on this family up to JAMES BRADFORD and then
nothing. Willing to share information with anyone connected to this
family tree.
