Have hit a brick wall. Have researched back to my ggggf, James Y. (or Z.)
Bradford. Would appreciate any info on place of birth, parents, siblings,
etc.

Carey, b. 1803 SC

Children:
William E., 1827, TN; m. Mary Rees, 8/22/1850
Mary, 1829, TN; m. (1) Jas. M. Daves, 1853; (2) Alexander Thompson, 1859
James Robert, 2/28/1832, TN; m. Laura Dickey, 1856 (my gggf)
Pheby, 8/5/1834; m. Jasper Dickey 1854 (Laura's brother)
Susan, 1838, TN
Lucinda, 1841, TN; m. Thos. B. Abbott, 1862
John, 1847, TN; d. 7/1/1869
Nancy Elaine, 1832, TN

James possibly had a brother named Nathanial.
