>Now, the information that I had on Richard Bradford and Anna Roles came to
me from Terry Fregly. Terry notes that the children of Richard and Anna
are: Richard Bradford III, B 1691-93; Ralph (Nathaniel?) b 1695; Thomas B
1699; Philemon Bradford, B 169501700, John B 1704.<
The Sandlund I manuscript which I got from Terry Fregly only lists three
children for Capt. Richard Bradford b.1660 and Anna Roles (or whatever her
last name was): Richard III, Thomas, and Philemon. Ralph and John Bradford
were Capt. Richards brothers, not his children. The David Bradford book
also lists them this way, although he used Sandlund as a source. There is a
page (Chapter V) in Sandlund I that is confusing and may have a mistake in
wording to make it look like Ralph (or Nathaniel) and John were brothers of
Richard III and thus sons of Capt. Richard. That page lists Ralph's
birthdate as 1662. This is clarified in the David Bradford book page 45.

I don't have a birthdate for Rebecca Pace. Their marriage was 1718. John
was probably much older since he died 1735 and she had time to remarry
Aycock, move to Georgia and have another family such that her daughter
didn't even know the name of Rebecca's first husband or children up in
Virginia and NC when she wrote that letter years later that you saw on the
Pace web site.
