Anyone out there that can assist with this BRADFORD line?
-------
The earliest Whetham's we know about at this time is William Whetham born
2-December-1782 in Bridport, England.

He was married to Jane BRADFORD.

The marriage date would have been in the 1780 to 1782 time period and if we
guessed that they were both about 25 to 30 when a child was born then we
could estimate birth dates in the 1752 to 1755 range.

They lived in Bridport, England. They had several children including: Mary
Crossin Whetham born 25 Sep 1784, likely in Bridport as well.

We know nothing about the Bradford line at this time. However, the
significance of the Bradford name is that it maybe tied to William Bradford
the first governor of Pennsylvania, USA. according to some old family
folklore. This as never been proven.
