in 1760,and lived in Edgecombe County during the war.His wife was
Elizabeth Marshall born around 1768 in Va.About 1800 the families of
Thomas Bradford and James Griffin moved to Ga.and settled in Montgomery
County.About 1827 moved to Irwin County and settled near Lax,Coffee
County.Thomas Bradford served in the Rev.War as a Captain from Halifax
District in 1778 and served as coroner of Montgomery Co.Ga,commissioned
in April 9,1813.They had seven Children:Shadrack,Nancy,William,Elizabeth
Malinda,Seaborn J.and Jacob A.I am descended from Seaborn J.Bradford b.
Feb.14,1807 and Priscillia Griffin born Feb.9,1810. They had 11
children.Their youngest son Francis Marion Bradford was my GGGrandfather
who was born Sept 8,1851 and married Sarah M.Anderson.Their daughter
Mollie Felicia Bradford born April 6,1878 in Cook Co.was my
GGrandMother.Thomas died around 1845 and is buried in Coffee County with
his wife,on the east side of Willacoochee Creek.I would like to
find Thomas Bradfords' parents.Have not been able to go any further
back, nor do I have any information of his family.Would appreciate
any info that anyone can give on him,or any connections. Will exchange
all I have on my Bradford ancestors.Thank you,Dolores
