Randi, Edward BOWLES was 42 years old and his wife Mary Ann was 39 years
when they arrived in NZ in 1873. They married at the Parish Church, Buckland
on 15 - 4 - 1860. According to the marriage certificate Edward was a '
Wheelwright ' by trade and his father, also Edward, was a 'Victualler ' Mary
Ann's maiden name was 'HOLES' and her father, Philip, was a ' Brick Maker '
