History, William J. Watt and James R. H. Spears, 1980, stated First
Printing. Blue hardback with gilt printing, illustrated dustcover,
6-1/4x9-1/4, 232 pages, illustrated, indexed, appendices, maps. The book is
in very clean unmarked condition with no known flaws; the dust cover shows
wear, and is wrinkled at the top with a couple of very small tears. But this
is a very nice book with a number of chapter contributors. Contents include:
