I located a Michael Nicholson, but not with a wife of Bridget.

Here is the information in the 1850:

Roxbury, Norfolk County, MA
14 August 1850

Michael Nicholson, bricklayer
age 21
b. about 1829 Ireland

Also with him:

Catherine Nicholson, age 60, female, born Ireland, could not read or write
Mary Nicholson, age 18, female, born Ireland, could not read or write
