I appreciate your reply, but I am afraid I know nothing about Wm. T. Black at this point other than his being from PA. I just received an obituary about widow Ella May White Black from 1941. This indicates that her only surviving relatives were a woman named Mrs. Sam Hays - a cousin, and eight nieces and six nephews. This matches what I currently know about her family since all her brothers and sisters died before her. I do not know of a Hays from her side of the family, but I also do not know who all her female cousins married at this point - perhaps William T had a cousin that married into the Hays family. At this point the information on the Black branch is very sketchy.
