Looking for help from my fellow Black surname families.
Early to mid 1800's info on Capt.Furman Black of Philadelphia Pa.b.1797. His
wife was Sarah Ann Black b.1806 in Bordentown N.J.and daughters Delia Maria Black and Susan Taylor Black both born in Phia, Pa.in the 1820's. Their father was steamboat captian Furman Black. His steamships worked the waters (rivers) in Delaware, NJ, Pa, Maryland and Washinton DC. He passed in 1852 while living in Phila, Pa. Can't trace the family line and I need help? His father was a Furman Black too b.1769 who married a Sarah Gilberson (Gilbertson) b.1774. Other early family surnames were Rogers and Fuller. Later family surnames were Law and Krauth.
