Sharon, I will post this on the message board and also e-mail you. I am very interested in this line. My great great grandfather was William Black. He shows up in the Athens county, Ohio census in 1830. He was just married to Anne Camby there in 1828. His oldest son was John Andrew Black. William and Anne went to Lee Co., Iowa around 1845 and he died around then right outside Keokuk, Lee Co., Iowa.

I would like to see any additional information you have about your line, as I have been unable to place William with his parents so far.
