Looking for info on a BLACK, Jame C. Per census b.abt.1813 Ky. I have marriage info: 12 Aug 1841 Macon Co. Mo. to a Susan A. Myers.(b.1821)Mo-Ky-Ky All 8 children were born
in Mo.,Macon, Jackson. A record shows that he enlisted 07 Dec.1861 civil war and discharged march 1863 (overage) At the bottom of the REG. Info.it show Nat. Kentucky and Res. Laport, Mo. (LaPlata?). The 1870 Census shows his wife, Susan, back in Howard Co. Mo. with farm and a widow. Macon Co.do not have any death or burial record nor does Howard Co. Any help for any direction to go would be appreciated.
