Searching for any information on FRANCES JANE "FANNY" BLACK born approx 1842 or 1852 / Missouri or Arkansas. Parents unknown...Father may have been from TN and Mother from Kentucky. "FANNY" died about 1909 buried CORN CREEK CEMETERY, Phelps county/Missouri.
Married: James Robert Brown 19 Dec 1871 Phelps County Missouri.
Stories passed down through the family is that "FANNY" was of Indian decent, and she was a MidWife.
