I am also researching William Black - from England married to Matilda Harriett (I think). He is my gggrandfather . His son Thomas Andrew Black born about 1869 married Eveline Blanch Adams B 1885 at Denham, Sharks Bay in Western Australia. He was a farmer, pearler and lighterman. My father was Donald Verdun Black married to Dorothy May Morton.
I'm also cot sure when and where William was born. Did you have any luck?
