Looking for information on David Black, born 1840, Northumberland Co., PA. Would like to know where he lived in Missouri and if near relatives; also would like to know why he went to Nez Perce Co., Idaho, if he was with relatives there.

My Black family lived in Nez Perce and I'm wondering if there was a relationship between the two. My ggrandfather was Andrew Jackson Black, born 1836, Athens Co., Ohio, moved to Clark Co., Missouri and my g father John Horace Black, was born 1860 in Clark Co., Missouri; they moved to Nez Perce Idaho shortly after 1880. They orginally went to Colfax, Washington, as David did, then onto Idaho.
