I am looking for the parents of a Joseph Albert Black. According to his application for soldiers pension papers, Joseph says that he was born April 01, 1848 in Floyd Co., Ga. Joseph would have been 2yrs old in 1850. Have you possibly run across him in Floyd Co., Ga in one of the Black households?
