Hi Dave,
Adam Black Jr. & Catherine Uber are my 3rd great grandparents. However my info differs from yours. I do have a son Henry for them but he is Henry W. Black (1821 - 1854) who married Jane G. Cummings (b. 1824 in Penn.) I have 2 children listed for them: Joseph Willis or Willis Black b. abt. 1846 and Emma Catherine Black b. abt. 1849. Joseph mar. Isabella Michaels and Emma mar. Silas Emery.
**1850 census for Wolf Creek Township that later became Pine Township, Mercer, Penn. (Pine Township was created in February 1851 from Wolf Creek.)

Line 27; Dwelling # 233; Family # 237; Black, Henry W. age 30, male farmer, worth 2500, born Penn. [Born abt. 1820 according to this census.]
Line 28; 233; 237; Black, Jane G. age 26, female, born Penn. [Born abt. 1824 according to this census.]
Line 29; 233; 237; Black, Joseph W. age 4, male born Penn. [Born abt. 1846 according to this census.]
Line 30; 233; 237; Black, Emma C. age 1, female born Penn. [Born abt. 1849 according to this census.]
Line 31; 233; 237; Galbraith, John age 71, male born Ireland, occupation listed as "none."
NOTE JOSEPH BLACK AND HIS BROTHER HENRY W. BLACK ARE IN DWELLINGS 232 AND 233 ON THE 1850 CENSUS. SO I THINK THEY ARE LIVING CLOSE BY TO EACH OTHER. Joseph B. Black was the younger brother of Henry W. Black b. about 1822. Joseph B. Black mar. Margaret Ann Orr.
Adam Black Jr. and Catherine Uber had 10 children: Henry W., Jospeh B., Abraham Calvin or Abram, Mariah Harris, John U., Hannah Elizabeth, Anna Eliza or Eliza, Adam Scott, Daniel Franklin or Frank, and Alexander.
