Seeking information about parentage of Frederick Black. He married Elizabeth Lockett, 11 Jan 1790, Mecklenburg Co, VA and another marriage date found for 13 Jan 1790 Charlotte Co, VA. Marriage bond says he was from Campbell Co. VA.

1793 bond found with Stephen Black, from Campbell Co, married Temperance Clay. Could these two be brothers.
