Social Security records show that your Francis Marion Black was born on 10 January 1910 in Kansas and died 10 February 1996. His residence at the time of his death was Kincaid, Anderson County, Kansas. The only Wilbur Black listed in the Social Security records from Kansas in your time period of interest was born 29 October 1920 in Kansas and died in October 1982 while living in Arcadia, Los Angeles County, California. Unless Francis and Wilbur were twins I do not see how they both could have graduated from Kincaid Rural High School on the same date in 1928. Unfortunately I do not have any records of a Francis and Wilbur Black having the same date of birth.
