I think that the parents of William A. Black were Andrew Black (b. August 1794 in Tennessee and d. 28 October 1865 in Troy Township, Madison County, Illinois) and Anna Hagler (b. 4 February 1794 probably in Wilkes County, North Carolina rather than Tennessee and d. 24 February 1864 in Troy Township, Madison County, Illinois and married William A. Black on 18 July 1820 in Madison County, Illinois). William A. Black had the following siblings, i.e., George (b. 28 May 1821; John F. (b. 9 October 1823); Elizabeth D. (b. 19 September 1826); Mary Ann (b. 26 January 1829; Frances Evaline (b. 25 May 1831); and Sara E. (b. 12 February 1835). All the siblings were born in Madison County, Illinois. I have no records on Jane C. Pool nor the parents of Andrew Black. Hope this helps some...
