Son of Cyrus R.BLACK: Virgil C. BLACK in 1910 census, Tx., HOPKINS Co. 2 J-Pct: listed as Virgil S. Black. age 59 b. Ga, parents Tn/Tx farming with wife Mattie E. , yrs. married 31 b. Tx parents Al/Al (first marriage) in household daughter Birtha 17 b. Tx ca. 1893, son Walter 23 b. Tx ca. 1897. (Since Virgil's middle initial is written as S. I am guessing his middle name is Cyrus after is father and the recorder spelled it Syrus which I have seen in the census in other cases.) In the same neighborhood, ED 60 Sh 11, his DAUGHTER listed: Hugh C. WARD b. Al parents Al/Al and LUCY M. age 26 b. ca 1884, married 7 years, 1 child, 1 living, BRUCE M.b. Tx. Mrs. H.C. Ward is listed as living at Pittsburg, Camp Co. in 1933 in Virgil's obit. Any descendents have info on history of this family? THANKS
