I have not seen data on the web that would provide the marriage date for Robert and Isabella (Isabel). Robert and Isabella are shown on the LDS database to have had two children, i.e., Jannet (christening 4 December 1800 in Kelton, Kireudbright, Scotland), and Isabella (christening 10 April 1803 in Kelton, Kircudbright, Scotland). If these are their only children then it might be assumed that they were married in Kelton in the 1799-1800 time frame. However, based on the birth dates you provided it would appear more logical that they were married prior to 1790. Hopefully someone will respond to your inquiry having more information than I.
