Shirley; I have a line of Blacks starting with John who came to Venango Cty via Lancaster Cty from Ireland. He had numerous children including my line of his son William who married Jane Criswell. They had children Hiram, Alexander, John, Robert, Margaret and William who married my ancester Isabella Mitchell daughter of Robert and Margaret McCurdy Millen. Their children ,in part were Hiram ,Robert, and William all of whom were killed in the Civil War. I can send more details if they are in your line.
