Joseph Andrew Black
Fathers name was William
Mothers name Margaret
2 sisters-Emma and Anna or Annie
Joseph worked on the RR in Huntingdon County as a
breakman,thats all i have about his work,now he was married
twice. 1st wife was Martha Dickel both from Altoona Pa
date-1/14/1889 then was divorced and married
Emma Slaughonhoup 3/5/1894 now my wife and i ran into
alot of problems looking for info on Emma,u see Emma
raised my Father but yet was not his real Mother,thats why
im looking this stuff up to see who my dads real Mom and
dad realy were,but thats when the problems started.
I tried to contact the living relatives of Emma 4 years ago
and they all yeled at me and told me not to ever mention
her name again,she was into witchcraft while she was alive
and even though she died in 1953 they were still afraid of her
and with good reason I wont go into right now. Al Black
