Three to Two Kills.
CHEYENNE, Wyoming, December 31 [circa 1880-1881].-- This morning James L. Smith, Union Pacific detective at Sidney, Nebraska, shot and mortally wounded Doug Black, alias Flanigan, at that place. Black fired two shots at Smith, when the latter replied with three shots.
