I would love to see her Obit. I'm not sure I have it or not.
I have done quite a bit of research on this line, but there is a lot of controversy as to Samuel Carroll. "Our" Samuel Carroll was born 1820. You will find several lines that list his birth date as 1817. That is not the same Samuel who married Amanda.
I do not own, or have access to the family bible, but was at one point cooresponding with someone who did. It would take me weeks to amass all I have on this family. Let me know what you need. I do have copies of Amanda's and Samuel's marriage record, and other facinating information. Mostly shared by other researchers. Let me know what you are looking for. happy Hunting!
