I have a record of a Nora Collins Black married to Washington L. Black. I appears that Washington L. Black also had previously been married to Artemissa Shaw on 18 December 1890 in Breckinridge County, Kentucky. Washington L. was the son of Jacob Black of Virginia and Sarah (Sary) Unknown and was born in Breckinridge County, Kentucky in 1857 and was living with his parents in Union Star, Breckinridge County, Kentucky per the 1880 census. Nora Collins Hazel Black was born on 11 June 1881 and died on 19 July 1981 (at over a 100 years of age) while living in Comanche, Comanche County, Texas. I do not know whether or not she is buried in Comanche County. My records also show that Bonnie Black was born on 13 May 1911 and died in March 1993 while living in Rising Star, Eastland County, Texas. The only thing that I found on Hiram Hazel was per the U. S. Census for 1880 that shows him to be the stepson of William Roris and was living in Lindle, Union County, Kentucky. Afraid !
that this is all that I have on this family.
