Mary Ellen (Black) Broyles Marsh, 99, passed away Tuesday January 6, 2004, at Owen Valley Health Campus, Spencer, Owen County, Indiana.

Born July 11, 1904 in Owen County, Indiana. She was the daughter of Robert Jeremiah "Jerry" Black and Maude Oliver (Leonard) Black.

She was preceded in death by her husband's, David Charles Broyles and Ernest Marsh. She was a housewife.

Survivors include a daughter, Mildred P Evans and husband Eugene L., Spencer and two grandson's.

In addition to her parents and husband's, she was preceded in death by daughter Margaret (Broyles) Keck, sister's, Flora Ethel Black, Thelma Irene (Black) Whitaker, and brother's, Glendon Oliver Black, Jess L. Black, Alonzo Black, Woodrow Black, Edward Oris Black, and Andrew Milton Black.

Burial will be in Cloverdale Cemetery, Putnam County, Indiana
