I just came across this repose to what appears to be my sister, here is some additional information, if you have any more let me know.

My father is Ronald Wayne Black (Capt-USN ret)
Mother Mary Locke Parsons

My father's father was :
Tecumseh Elmer Black

Father's is brother Donald Black

Father's Grandparents are:

Sylvanius Black & Are Pollard of Stillwell, OK

Father's uncle, belived to be John ? Kennedy

Let me know if you have any other information.. looks like you hit the nail on the head with Techumseh Elmer Black, my father has often referred to him as "Red" and they lived in Cleveland, Texas, I assume where "red" died.
