I'm looking for information on a Vena Black that married a Charles Augusta Fegan. They are listed in the 1920 U.S. census in Minnesota and then again in the 1930 US census in Wisconsin.It seems she might have been a school teacher in Calsco( Spelling?) IA, prior to marrying Charles.
