Can you give me a little more info about your grandfather John Anderson Black and his brother Andy Jim? Their birthdates would help me to place them. I have both John Anderson and James Alexander, sons of Benj. Blair Black (b 1865 & 1863); also Andy Jim a son of James Alexander "Eck" Black & Ida Gilpin, but was there another son of James Alexander & Ida Black named John Anderson ? I would appreciate any information on this family. I do not have Bessie Elleanor Garrett in my files and want to understand who she is.
