Did your ancestor happen to a son Thomas Black who migrated to TN and ended up in Henderson County. My Thomas was born about 1809 in GA, m: Elizabeth whose maiden name might be Wilson, not sure. Their children were Eliza J., Milley, Thomas H., James R., Hobbard or Hubert, John J., Middleton, Amanda or Amandy, and Amaziah Black my ggrandfather. All children were born in TN except Thomas H. who was born in AR. Eventually Amaziah migrated to TX and then OK where he died. My dad said his brother John also came with him, not sure of that.
