Rick, Could you give me more information on your Joseph Black? Our family of Blacks's were from Pennsylvania and we have hit a brick wall on who our grgrgrgr George Swartz Black's parents were. We were given a clue to follow the name Joseph Black. George Black was born 1777 in Strasburg, Lancaster county Pa. moved at some point to Huntingdon, Pa where he had 8 boys that we know of. His wife was Anna Maria Catherine Zimmerman who he married in Maryland. Do you have a list of your Joseph's children? if he had a George that you know of we could be looking for the same Joseph. Please contact me. Also Bedford County pa was broken down at some point into Huntingdon and other counties. This looks very promising to me. Thanks look forward to hearing from you
