I am searching for any information on James Russell (Jimmy or JR) Black (b. abt 1861) or his brother, Davis (first name could be Lewis) Black (b. abt 1862). In the 1910 census of Pontotoc County, they were living next door to each other, other brother Bige (not sure of spelling, but that's what it looked like) living with Davis.
James Russell married Nancy (Nannie) America Craig in 1892 and they had 7 children: Luke, Claud, Fannie, Jewel, Dora, and the twins, Irma and Irva (b. 1911).
James died January 20, 1918 and Nancy passed away, supposedly in childbirth, between January 1911 and November 1912.
Davis had one son in the 1910 census, Lewis, age 10. His wife was named Annetta or Arnetta ... hard to read.
Davis and James' parents were born in Tennessee (dad) and Georgia (mom). All children afterwards were born in Mississippi.
That's all I have... I'm trying to find their parents! Any info would be appreciated.
