I do not have Nancy Edge's parents. However, I have James P. Black as born 25 October, 1825. His parents were: Moses Black (b. circa 1775-1780) in Rutherford C. NC. He also died ther but I do not have a sat. Moses married Patience Ondrey/Condry (B. after 1780). Besides James P. they had Rachel Jane who married Joseph Parker and had a daughter Mary Louise Angeline; Rhoda who married James W. McElwee 1793 in Pennington County, SC; aand Mary Polly who married John Henry London.
