Hi Judith,

I have a mystery about my great great grandfather. His surname was Black and lived in NC somewhere. He married a Mattie Anders and they had at least two daughters Mary and Rose. I do not know his first name or any vital information. I don't know where is NC. But have been told it could have been around Transylvania County. He was killed during a poker game in or around a sawmill or lumber yard. If you or anyone can give me any information I would greatly appreciate it. Also after he died Mattie married a man named Zeb Radford and moved to SC. Thanks for any help.
