I have 2 different Black Family Members in my tree. I have Margaret Black who was born in KY m. Peter Lyon d. in the 1880's in KS. Her father John Black was killed in Attica, Indiana by a circus elephant. I have no information on her family, only her husband's. They are my GGG-Grandparents.
I also have Jesse W. Black & his wife Mary Ellen Thompson who were married in PA & came to IA. They are buried in Hamilton Co, IA. Any connection to any of these lines? They all pioneered in IA after the mid 1800's.
