Susannah Butt, daughter of John Butt, Was born about 1803 Pendleton District SC.

John Butt & family moved to Habersham County GA about 1821.

Susannah Butt married (unknown) Black either in SC or Habersham GA.

John Butt & family move to Union County GA about 1834.

Susannah Black is listed on the 1834 Union census. No other Blacks are listed.

Her children as shown on the 1850 Union census are:
Martin Black born abobut 1824 GA
John Black born about 1825 GA
Elizabeth Black born Feb 8, 1829 GA

Would love to know the name of Susannah's husband.

While John & Elizabeth are common names in this line, Martin is rare. No sons or grandchildren of John Butt were named Martin.
