Dear Pat, Bless you for wearing a POW/MIA bracelet. I too wore one and it broke the day the POW's were released. I now still wear a replacement (as my first POW died) The one I wear is for S/SGT Herndon A Bivens. He has not been found or seen since April 15, 1970 he also was USAF. My husband is retired USAF. All my children (3) wore one..purchased at Kessler AFB, MS.
Your Arthur N Black is alive, retired from the Air Force and living in Pennsylvania with his wife Vickie.
